Governor's Institutes of Vermont offer a variety of programs
on college campuses for motivated high school students. Each
institute has a different theme, ranging from the arts to
technology. The first Governor's Institute on Education was
held at Johnson State College during the summer of 2002.

of the students and staff. The film is being used for promotion,
fundraising and recruitment.
