In
this documentary we learn how communities stitch together the resources
to address childhood hunger in Vermont. Through the eyes of children,
parents and professionals we find out about the nutrition safety
net: summer lunch programs, school and day care meals, charitable
food, nutrition education, and food stamps.
"First
and foremost, it's about educating the community. And that's how
we hope to use Every Child Every Day, as a tool
to educate Vermonters about the issue. But again, letting them know
that solutions exist. We just need to get those solutions out there."
–Robert
Dostis, Executive Director of the Vermont Campaign to End
Childhood Hunger.
